Roddy serves as Director, Product and Research Methodology at Research Now, where he champions how to (and how not to) leverage technology and embrace innovation in market research. He can often be found calling the industry to improve how research is conducted, uncovering and encouraging ways to creatively integrate data streams, and pushing for forward-thinking and participant-centric approaches. Roddy holds a Master of Arts from Boston University and has an extensive academic background in the social sciences. Perhaps most importantly, he thinks that if you aren’t thinking mobile-first you aren’t really thinking. And he might yell a little bit if he sees a grid.
