Mike has 25 years’ consumer research experience on both the agency and client side, working for some of the world’s largest media brands. Mike’s career focuses on understanding audiences, offering research-driven solutions to address problems, and helping brands make money! Mike’s project findings are frequently presented at conferences or have featured in white papers. Some have won awards, and others have generated significant press and social media coverage. In 2016, Mike launched Synergy and has several globally recognised clients on board, and is a consultant for Thomson Reuters and NewBase International.
